I decided to visit Ortho Mattress on Miramar after an unsuccessfully trip to Mattress Firm, and I'm glad I did. I was able to find an bed in my price range and our Salesman Mark McFarland was extremely helpful and friendly. He made our mattress buying experience simple and enjoyable. My mother and I left the store with exactly what we wanted and then some. We were both pleasantly surprised with how quickly Mark was able to help us make a decision on our mattress purchase. After this experience I will definitely recommend other family members and friends to this location in order to receive the same wonderful treatment as we did. Thank you Mark!! :)

We were very happy with our experience at Ortho mattress. There was a wide selection and we were pleased by the competitive prices. Mark was very good at helping us figure out the mattress we wanted. He was very informative but without being pushy or making us feel too pressured to buy. We can’t wait for our new mattress to be delivered!

My husband and I were in a pinch to find a great mattress upon just moving to the San Diego area. Just before 6pm we arrived at Ortho Mattress and was helped by Mark McFarland. We walked out happy just over an hour later with a great quality bed that was delivered the next day. Our experience was fantastic - we will certainly be heading back in to stock up on more pillows and accessories. Thank you, Mark, for a great experience and a great, new Ortho-bed.

I'm a stickler for customer service and this place definitely has it. My partner and I were just pricing around and this was literally our third stop. Mark is just wonderful! He explained in great detail each mattress. He didn't try to force his mattresses on us. Not the typical pushy salesmen. AND he is VERY Military friendly!!! I will definitely be doing business here again as long as Mark is there!!!

It's a great experience doing business with ortho mattress. Staff are very approachable and friendly. I love the ambiance and subtle smell of fragrance. It is very inviting. Especially the store manager Mark is very patient on dealing with customers and explained very well the things that me any my husband want. They provide special discount for us that no one can beat that price! I will definitely buy again at this store in the future. I highly recommend Ortho Mattress that will satisfy your needs!!! INDEED!

Outstanding service and very friendly. I bought the Aireloom Emerald and love it...best bed ever. Mark McFarland, the store Manager was awesome in helping us decide on which bed we wanted. I checked pricing online and at other stores on all the major brands; Ortho Mattress has some of the best pricing available. Highly recommended if your ready to buy a new mattress!!
